  •  Cardio Boot Camp: 60 minutes of interval training, callisthenic work & core movements
  •  Club Flex: 45 minutes of strength training utilizing dumbbells, exercise tubes & exercise balls
  •  Senior Fit:  45 minutes of strength, balance & flexibility training
  •  Core & More: 15 minutes of additional core work, with some glute & thigh firm movements
  •  Power Step: 30 minutes step class that is sure to energize you after a long days work
  •  More Core: 15 minutes of additional abs
